1. Data controller
Jovany Villagómez, an individual doing business as Adbify (“Adbify”), with its address at Prol. Tecnológico 801, 76140 Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide, as described in this notice.

2. Personal data we process
When you reach us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp, we process:
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number (optional) and company (optional).
- Whatever you choose to include in your message about your project or business.
- Technical data from the form submission: IP address and the anti-spam verification token (hCaptcha).
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.
3. Purposes
Necessary purposes (needed to handle your request; no additional consent required):
- To reply to your message and follow up on your request.
- To prepare and send quotes or proposals you request.
- To protect the form against spam and abuse.
Secondary purposes (require your consent):
- To send you content, news or invitations related to our services.
To opt out of purpose 4, email hey@adbify.com with the subject “Do not send communications”. Opting out does not affect how we handle your request.
4. Providers that process data on our behalf
We rely on these providers, who process data on our behalf, follow our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes:

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not use its own advertising or analytics cookies. The contact page loads hCaptcha, which may use cookies or similar technologies only to tell humans from bots. See its notice at hcaptcha.com/privacy.
6. Retention
We keep contact messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange. If a business relationship begins, data is kept for its duration and for the periods required by Mexican tax and commercial law.
7. ARCO rights and withdrawing consent
You may Access your data, ask us to Rectify it, ask us to Cancel (delete) it, or Object to its processing. You may also withdraw your consent or limit how your data is used or disclosed.
How: email hey@adbify.com with the subject “ARCO rights”. Include:
- Your name and an email address where we can reply.
- A copy of your official ID (or your representative’s, with proof of representation).
- A clear description of the right you want to exercise and the data involved.
- Any document that helps us locate your data.
Timeframes: we will reply within 20 business days of receiving your complete request. If your request is granted, we will carry it out within 15 business days of our reply.
If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may contact the Mexican data protection authority (currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno).

Any change to this notice will be published at adbify.com/en/privacy/, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
